Also known as New Zealand Holly, Daisy Bush (Olearia Macrodonta) is an evergreen shrub featuring prickly, holly-like leaves. In June, the Daisy Bush will produce large panicles of fragrant daisy-like cream flowers, that attract charming wildlife. Originating from New Zealand, it is from the plant family Asteraceae - a large and widespread family of flowering plants.

When fully grown, Daisy Bush (Olearia Macrodonta) can reach anywhere between 2.5 and 4 metres in height, and spread anywhere between 2.5 and 4 metres. On average, it will grow up to 30 to 50cm per year, taking it anywhere from 10 years to 20 years to reach its maximum height and spread.
