Situation & soil... Leylandii Green (x Cupressocyparis leylandii) will grow in any reasonable soil. We recommend Rootgrow and Bonemeal when planting to get your new hedge off to a great start.

Plant description... these are 125-150cm high plants in 10 litre pots for a little more impact on planting. A typical plant can be seen in the photo above.

Planting distance... for a Leylandii Green (x Cupressocyparis leylandii) hedge we recommend 2 plants per metre, for taller windbreaks and screens over 250cm in height planting distance is recommended at one quarter of eventual height.

Planting season... these are available as pot grown plants which may be planted all year round.
